ENTRY PROCESS & REFUNDS/ ROLLOVERS/TRANSFERS
Entries open Friday 12th September 2025 at 10am AWST & close on Wednesday 2nd September 2026, 11:59pm WAST unless sold out earlier.
The event is capped at 500 total participants. A wait list will be put in place should the event sell out.
No refunds are available for this event.
You also have the option of transferring your entry to another runner. This MUST be done by the initial entrant and admin cannot be involved. To facilitate this, the initial registered needs to access the transfer link via the initial registration confirmed email received upon signing up. Follow the instructions from there. This transfer option will expire by midnight Wed 2nd September 2026 and needs to be actioned (and accepted by the recipient of the transfer) by this date and time.
All rollover requests must be emailed to registrations@ultraseries.com.au. Any requests received via any other means will not be processed.
COMPETITOR DOCUMENTS
AID STATION
There will be one full service, manned aid station, located near the start/finish line of the Race village, that will provide water, Tailwind, Coke, lollies, crisps and fresh fruit. As we are a single-use plastic-free event, we ask that you please carry a collapsible cup or other vessel to use for drinks when accessing the Aid Station.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
RUNNERS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO CARRY ANY MANDATORY EQUIPMENT AS THERE IS AN AID STATION EVERY 2.61KM (or 500m for the 1hr).
If the weather conditions are such that extremes in heat may be experienced, it is recommended the following utilised by the runner:
o hat
o suncream
o sunglasses
o ice neck ties
QUALIFICATION
As the event is run as a number of 2.61km laps or 550m loops (1hr), there are no qualification requirements for Light Horse. Entrants are however expected to be in good health and trained sufficiently to complete the time-on-feet selected.
